This site is conveniently located in the City of Pewaukee within minutes of I-94. All home sites have municipal sewer and water. Streets are paved with curb and gutter. Underground services available for telephone, electric, natural gas and cable. A Homeowner’s Association will be developed.
Architectural Requirements*
• Ranch homes of 2400 sq ft minimum
• Two story homes of 3000 sq ft minimum
• 40 year dimensional shingles with 10/12 roof pitches
• Exterior of homes must use natural material including Hardiplank, brick, stone, and cedar, or other high quality materials
• Masonry fireplaces and chimneys are required on exterior walls and elevations
• 2.5 car min., 3 car max. side entry garage
• Uniform lamp post and mail box
• Setbacks are: 40' front, 15' sides, 35' rear

• Pewaukee High School - grades 9-12
Pewaukee School system provides bus service for children in all public schools.
