General Information
This site is located in the City of Waukesha. All home sites have municipal sewer and water. Streets are paved with curb and gutter. Underground services available for telephone, electric, natural gas and cable. A Homeowner’s Association will be developed.
Architectural Requirements*
• Ranch homes of 1800 sq ft minimum, depending on lot location, could be min. 2300 sq ft
• Two story homes of 2200 sq ft minimum, depending on lot location, could be min. 2800 sq ft
• 30 year dimensional shingles in weathered wood color, roof pitch of either 7/12 or 10/12, depending on lot location
• Exterior of homes must use min. 25% brick or stone on front elevation, all exterior chimney chases and lower level exposure areas, depending on lot
• Two car minimum attached garage, 3 car maximum
• Uniform lamp post and mail box
